I was watching your older video on using OP25 or at least, just running some basic things through it. I feel like that's the big mystery of the universe, there is no definitive source with good examples or a wiki or a tutorial on the actual usage of OP25 for various scenarios. I've found your videos to be the clearest example of the actual basic usage of the software. I kind of wish *wink wink* there was a good tutorial for various types of usage, including analog NBFM, DMR, P25 1 and 2, NXDN, etc. They certainly don't seem to like to tell you what the command line switches are and how to use them, that's for sure. Its just a glob of config files and hard to understand examples that when you run the stock example, it doesn't run anyways. Thanks for the videos.

Thank you Matthew for the excellent video. Your descriptions and instructions were spot on. I had tried several times before and always had problems (cmake, etc.) I'm 71 years old and my first computer was the Timex Sinclair (back in 1977) haha... Now I can go forward with configuring !!!

Can I install dsd+ on an xp machine ? I have and SDR running on an xp machine but I can not figure out where to download dad and how to run it like you are doing The dsd+ plugin is not working in my version of rtl-sdr but I think it may be that I don't have all the files U do have the whole program Can you tell me how to get it I am clueless and having a lot of trouble Old age I guess. That's way too much work to convert the TG file! Try this (in a Terminal) instead - it'll do the whole thing in one command, with no need for LibreOffice: awk -F, 'NR>1 {print $1 "\t" $3}' trs_tg_4563.csv > txwarn.tsv where trs_tg_4563.csv is the file downloaded from RR.

Thanks a million. Working, scanning ST TAMMANY simulcast in LA. Only one issue I can't figure out. In the window of dsd+p25 cc channel activity I don't get the TDMA column. I get the other columns shown in your video. I edited the groups file with the names and that shows up. Any clue what step I'm missing for it not to show the TDMA? I downloaded the .csv file from RR LA.csv and US.csv. thanks. anyone welcome to comment advice.
